David L. Garver, MD is a Board certified Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology.
He is a nationally acclaimed psychiatrist with over 40 years of experience in the field of adult psychiatry. Dr. Garver’s background spans teaching, research, and clinical practice. Most recently, he has served as Clinical Professor of Psychiatry at Virginia College of Osteopathic Medicine, and was formerly Director of Research for the Psychiatry Service of the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center. Dr. Garver has served on various committees for the National Institutes of Mental Health, and has over 160 professional publications to his name.
